Why buyers search Bears-Lions Thanksgiving tickets
NFL.com framed this as Detroit's Thanksgiving home window and the 1:00 p.m. ET opener of the league's Thanksgiving Day tripleheader. That is league context for demand, not a price forecast. NFL Thanksgiving slate
Buyers search this listing because:
- Lions Thanksgiving brand. Ford Field on Thanksgiving is one of the highest-intent NFL ticket searches of the year.
- Named NFC North matchup. Bears-Lions is a buyer phrase on its own. Confirm this date, not the January rematch in Chicago.
- Holiday travel timing. Thanksgiving Day delivery windows are short. Confirm mobile transfer before gates.
A national holiday game does not change how tickets work. You still need the correct event, disclosed seats, a delivery method you can complete, and the full amount shown before payment.
For other Chicago or Detroit games, use the Bears schedule, the Lions schedule, or the sports hub. The Bears also host Green Bay on Christmas Day; that is a different holiday ticket. Packers at Bears Christmas Day guide
How to buy Bears at Lions tickets
Use this checklist on TixBit or any other marketplace you compare.
- Match the exact event. Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions. Thursday, November 26, 2026. 1:00 p.m. ET. Ford Field, Detroit, MI. Open the live Thanksgiving event page rather than a different Lions home game or the January rematch.
- Confirm it is a game ticket. Skip parking, tailgates, watch parties, and hospitality add-ons unless that is what you intend to buy.
- Read the seats that are shown. Check quantity, section, row, seat numbers, and any view or age restriction on the listing. What you see is what you get: real seats, real sections, no phantom rows.
- Check delivery. Mobile transfer can require an account and an accepted transfer in the primary issuer's app. Electronic delivery and transfer windows matter more on Thanksgiving Day.
- Compare the amount shown before payment. On TixBit there are never fees for buyers. What you see is what you pay. That is not a claim that TixBit is always the lowest total. If you check another site, match the same section, row, quantity, restrictions, and delivery, then compare the final disclosed totals.
A no-fee label does not settle the price question. Our ticket resale fee comparison explains how to compare the payable total across marketplaces.
TixBit listings are covered by the TixBit Guarantee. Read the current terms for canceled or unfulfilled orders before you check out.
What to check on a Ford Field listing
Ford Field is listed on TixBit at Ford Field, Detroit. Use that venue page when you want the building's upcoming events. Use the Bears-Lions event page when you want this specific game.
Before you pay, confirm:
- Venue name: Ford Field in Detroit, not Soldier Field and not a different Detroit building.
- Section map: A generic NFL chart is not enough. Use the seat map on the event page.
- Row and seat disclosure: If a listing hides the row, treat it as a different product from a fully disclosed seat.
- Quantity: Compare the order total for the number of tickets you need, not a single-seat headline.
- Restrictions: Limited view, standing room, club access, and age rules belong in the listing details, not in a later surprise.
Browse all events only if you still need to find the game. Once you have it, stay on the event page until checkout.
