Refund timing
Most refunds arrive within 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment rail, provider, and any bank-processing delays. Refunds are returned to the original wallet or payment method whenever possible.
Buyer protection
Sales are final unless the event is canceled or another TixBit Guarantee or legal exception applies. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, TixBit issues a full refund under the TixBit Guarantee.
