Acceptance

By using Tixbit's websites, apps, or marketplace services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws, including ticketing and resale rules.

Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding credentials; enable available security features and notify us of unauthorized use.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts and reclaim usernames where appropriate.

Ticket Purchases

• Tixbit is a marketplace; unless stated otherwise, we are not the event organizer and do not control venues or performers.
• Orders are offers to buy and are subject to verification, availability, fraud checks, and payment authorization. We may cancel and refund if we cannot fulfill an order.
• Tickets may be delivered as mobile, electronic, or other formats. You are responsible for compatible devices/apps and timely acceptance of transfers.
• A ticket grants a revocable license to attend, subject to the organizer's terms and venue policies. Entry conditions and seating are controlled by the organizer/venue.

Pricing & Fees

• Prices may be set by sellers and can be above or below face value. Taxes, service, delivery, and processing fees are shown at checkout.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method. We may place temporary authorizations and correct pricing or display errors.

Refunds & Transfers

• Unless required by law or stated otherwise, all sales are final and nonrefundable.
• Transfers should occur through the Service. Off-platform transfers are at your risk and may void any Tixbit guarantee.
• Chargebacks: do not submit chargebacks without contacting us first; we may dispute improper chargebacks and recover associated costs.

Event Changes & Cancellations

• Canceled (not rescheduled): subject to applicable guarantees or law, we will provide either comparable replacement tickets or a refund of the order total to the original payment method (shipping/perishable costs may be excluded unless required by law).
• Postponed/Rescheduled: tickets are typically valid for the new date; refunds are generally unavailable unless required by law or provided in the listing.
• Modified events (venue, lineup, seating changes) are not cancellations unless the organizer declares otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

• No bots, scrapers, unauthorized automation, or attempts to circumvent security.
• No listing or selling invalid, speculative, or misrepresented tickets; no price manipulation, shill activity, or fraud.
• Do not infringe IP or publicity rights or upload unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Obey event/venue rules and all applicable ticketing, resale, and consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

• The Service and its content are owned by Tixbit or licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal, lawful use.
• You grant Tixbit a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display content you submit (e.g., listings, reviews) for operating and improving the Service.

Third-Party Links

Links or integrations (payment processors, mobile wallets, social networks) are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.

Disclaimers

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and tickets are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
• We do not guarantee events will occur as scheduled, that entry will be granted, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixbit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
• Aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Tixbit for the order giving rise to the claim or (b) $100 (subject to non-waivable rights).

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Tixbit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your tickets/listings, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date and, where required, additional notice. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance.
