What payment methods does TixBit accept?
TixBit accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more), Klarna buy-now-pay-later, and stablecoins like USDC and USDT on multiple blockchain networks including Ethereum, Solana, and Base.
How does paying with Klarna work?
At checkout you can choose Klarna to split your purchase into interest-free installments. Klarna handles the payment plan and you receive your tickets immediately.
How do stablecoin payments work?
Select a stablecoin (USDC or USDT) and the blockchain network you prefer. You'll see the exact amount before confirming. Most transactions confirm within 1-5 minutes depending on the network.
Are there any extra fees?
TixBit charges a small service fee on each transaction, displayed clearly before checkout. Card and Klarna payments have no additional processing fees. Stablecoin payments may include standard network fees.
How long do payments take to process?
Card and Klarna payments are processed instantly. Stablecoin payments typically confirm within 1-5 minutes depending on the network. Your tickets are delivered as soon as payment clears.

How will I receive my tickets?
Once your payment is confirmed, tickets are delivered instantly to your TixBit account. You can access them anytime by signing in and viewing your tickets. Most tickets are mobile-friendly and can be scanned directly from your phone.
Are the tickets on TixBit legitimate?
Yes. We partner directly with verified ticket providers and inventory sources. Every ticket sold on TixBit is backed by our TixBit Guarantee—if there's ever an issue, you're protected.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Transfer policies vary by event and ticket type. Most tickets can be transferred to another person through your TixBit account. Check the specific ticket details for transfer availability.
What if my tickets don't work at the venue?
This is extremely rare, but if it happens, contact our support team immediately. We'll work with the venue to resolve the issue or provide a full refund under our TixBit Guarantee.

The TixBit Guarantee protects every purchase. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, TixBit issues a full refund under the TixBit Guarantee. If your tickets do not arrive or are invalid, TixBit works to make it right.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend an event?
Sales are final unless the event is canceled or another TixBit Guarantee or legal exception applies. If the event is canceled or postponed, you are entitled to the options provided under the TixBit Guarantee and event policy.
How long do refunds take?

What if the event is postponed?
For postponed events, your tickets are usually valid for the rescheduled date. If you can't attend the new date, you typically have 30 days to request a refund. Check your email for specific instructions from TixBit.

How do I create a TixBit account?
You can sign up with your email address and create a password, or sign in using your crypto wallet. Wallet-based sign-in is quick and doesn't require remembering another password.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. TixBit uses industry-standard encryption for all transactions. When you pay with crypto, you're authorizing a direct blockchain transaction—we never have access to your private keys or wallet contents.
What if I lose access to my account?
If you signed up with email, you can reset your password using the 'Forgot Password' link. If you signed in with a wallet, you can recover access as long as you have access to that wallet address.
