Presale and onsale timeline

Times below are Pacific Time, as published by The Venetian Resort. A Las Vegas queue does not open on Eastern Time. Confirm the date and current window on the official event page before you queue.

The Venetian announcement directs artist-presale registration to JohnMayer.com and the public on-sale to Ticketmaster. SiriusXM listeners get details on the Life with John Mayer channel. Eligibility, codes, and account rules can change by program. Read the current official terms for the night you want.

The same announcement says primary tickets start at $129. That is the published face-value start from the official seller, not a TixBit get-in price and not a promise that a listing at that amount will be available. $1 from each official ticket sold goes to Mayer's Back To You Fund.

A presale is an early window for an eligible group, not a guarantee of a better section or a lower total.

For a broader checklist on primary versus resale, delivery, and checkout, use the concert ticket buying guide. If you are deciding whether to buy at onsale or wait, read when to buy concert tickets.

Confirmed Sphere dates

These six nights appear in The Venetian's announcement and match TixBit catalog events at Sphere. The press release does not publish a local start time. Confirm the start on the event page before you pay. Use the John Mayer performer page for the full calendar, including any non-Sphere dates.

A Sphere listing is not a John Mayer date in another city. Skip parking add-ons and hotel packages unless that is what you intend to buy. Sphere is at 255 Sands Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89169. The Venetian announcement calls The Venetian Resort the only resort connected to Sphere. Sphere Dancing with the Stars 2027 tour guide

Tour routing can change. Confirm the event title, local start time, entry rules, and ticket type on the specific event page before you pay.

Why buyers search John Mayer Sphere tickets now

The residency was announced on September 29, 2026, with artist presale on October 7 and general on-sale on October 9. That is sale context for demand, not a price forecast. Venetian: John Mayer Live at Sphere

That combination is enough to create ticket searches:

• Six named Sphere nights. Buyers looking for John Mayer Las Vegas 2027 tickets need a specific April date, not another city or a parking listing.
• Presale week. Artist presale opens October 7. SiriusXM opens October 8. A presale signup is not a seat.
• Shared room. Sphere also hosts other residencies. Match John Mayer and the 2027 date.

A residency label does not change how tickets work. You still need the correct event, disclosed seats, a delivery method you can complete, and the full amount shown before payment.

For other John Mayer dates, use the performer schedule or the concerts hub. Browse all events, performers, or venues when you still need to find the night.

How to buy John Mayer Sphere tickets

Use this checklist on TixBit or any other marketplace you compare.

1. Match the exact event. John Mayer. Sphere, Las Vegas. The April 2027 date you want. Open that night's event page rather than a different city, a parking add-on, or a hotel package.
2. Confirm it is a concert ticket. Skip parking, VIP upgrades that say they do not include an event ticket, and hospitality add-ons unless that is what you intend to buy.
3. Read the seats that are shown. Check quantity, section, row, seat numbers, and any view or age restriction on the listing. What you see is what you get. Real seats. Real sections. No phantom rows.
4. Check delivery. Mobile transfer can require an account and an accepted transfer in the primary issuer's app. Accept the transfer before you travel.
5. Compare the amount shown before payment. On TixBit there are never fees for buyers. What you see is what you pay. That is not a claim that TixBit is always the lowest total. If you check another site, match the same section, row, quantity, restrictions, and delivery, then compare the final disclosed totals.

A no-fee label does not settle the price question. Our ticket resale fee comparison explains how to compare the payable total across marketplaces.

TixBit listings are covered by the TixBit Guarantee. Read the current terms for canceled or unfulfilled orders before you check out.

What to check on a Sphere listing

Sphere is listed on TixBit at Sphere, Las Vegas. Use that venue page when you want the building's upcoming events. Use the date's event page when you want this specific show.

The Venetian announcement says these concerts use Sphere Immersive Sound, which delivers audio to every guest, plus the wraparound LED display and sensory feedback. That is production context, not a promise that every section feels the same. Use the seat map on the event page. Sphere listings typically show numbered bowl sections. A generic arena chart from another building will not tell you the view.

Before you pay, confirm:

• Venue name: Sphere in Las Vegas, not another John Mayer city and not a different Las Vegas room.
• Date: April 8 is not April 18. Thursday and weekend nights are different events.
• Section map: Use the seat map on the event page, not a remembered chart from another Sphere residency.
• Row and seat disclosure: If a listing hides the row, treat it as a different product from a fully disclosed seat.
• Quantity: Compare the order total for the number of tickets you need, not a single-seat headline.
• Restrictions: Limited view, standing room, club access, and age rules belong in the listing details, not in a later surprise.

Once you have the night, stay on that event page until checkout.
