Victoria Palace Theatre Tickets

The theater has three levels: the Stalls, the Royal Circle and the Grand Circle. Capacity is 1,557.

Delfont Mackintosh lists the number of steps to reach each level: 4 to the Stalls, 15 to the Royal Circle and 75 to the Grand Circle. Stalls Box A and Stalls Box F are step free.

Stalls Boxes A and F have doors 80 cm wide. Each of these boxes can hold up to two wheelchairs with companions, four people in all. Wheelchair transfer seating is also available on the aisle seats of the Stalls. The theater publishes an access seating plan that also shows where facilities are.

The theater is on Victoria Street, right by Victoria station. The theater names Victoria as the nearest Tube and train station. Gatwick Express, Southern and Southeastern trains serve Victoria.

The theater has no parking of its own. It points drivers to the Q-Park Theatreland parking scheme. Disabled bays are nearby on Carlisle Place.

Doors open 45 minutes before the performance. Security and bag checks happen on arrival, so allow extra time to clear them. Performances start promptly, and latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break. Alcohol and items that could be considered dangerous cannot be brought in.

The box office opens 2 hours 30 minutes before the show and stays open until 15 minutes after curtain up. On matinee days it stays open between performances.

Everyone needs their own ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by, and seated next to, a ticketholder aged 18 or over. Children under 3 are not admitted. Check the Hamilton page on the theater's website for any show-specific age advice.

You may not bring in food or drink bought elsewhere. There is a licensed bar on every level, and Pavlova's Bar at street level to the right of the theater opens to ticket holders one hour before the show. Bars serve drinks and snacks but not hot food, and the theater is cashless, so bring a contactless card. A cloakroom is available, subject to space. Filming and photography are not allowed during the show. The operator prohibits general phone use during performances, but Hamilton offers GalaPro captions and audio description on your own phone at every performance. Step-free entry to the Stalls is via Allington Street, to the left of the theater, and Access Hosts help on arrival.
