Kit Kat Club at the Playhouse Theatre Tickets

The Kit Kat Club has fewer than 650 seats on three levels: Stalls, Dress Circle and Upper Circle. The official access information describes the seats as 45 cm wide, with arm rests and a flip-up design.

Stage-side table seats surround the stage in Stalls rows A-B and AA-BB. They are labeled with a T on the booking map, and the dining packages are sold in pairs. The VIP Lounge and Cocktail Experience packages attach to certain Stalls and Dress Circle seats marked with a present icon on the booking map.

The Stalls is the only step-free level, reached through the side door. The official show FAQ lists six wheelchair positions and recommends the Stalls Row E area for guests who need a closer view of the stage.

The theater sits next to Charing Cross railway station, and the official visit page lists Embankment and Charing Cross as the nearest Tube stations. The theater is on Northumberland Avenue near Trafalgar Square.

The venue lists bus routes 3, 6, 9, 11, 12, 23, 24, 87, 88, 91, 139 and 453, all within a 10-minute walk.

The venue's access information lists the nearest parking as Q Park on Cockspur Street, Spring Gardens, London SW1A 2TS. The venue also partners with Q-Park for pre-booked parking for ticket holders.

The club offers pre-show entertainment and has three bars. Standard ticket holders are encouraged to arrive about an hour before the show. Stageside Dining and VIP Lounge guests are asked to arrive 1 hour 15 minutes before, while Cocktail Experience guests are asked to arrive an hour before. Cabaret runs about 2 hours 45 minutes with one interval.

Baggage checks are in place. The venue asks guests not to bring large luggage, which can delay entry. There is a cloakroom in the basement Red Bar next to the toilets, with a charge per item. E-bikes and e-scooters cannot be stored. On arrival, guests are asked to cover their phone cameras, and photos and video are not allowed inside.

Once the main show starts, the venue cannot guarantee readmission to the auditorium, and the wait can be up to 30 minutes. Late arrivals are seated when it will not disrupt the show. The show has adult content, firearms on stage and one sudden loud noise early in Act 2. The venue recommends that children under 13 do not attend.
