Concert Tickets in Las Vegas

Most arena concerts at T-Mobile Arena, MGM Grand Garden Arena, and Michelob ULTRA Arena use a stage at one end. Lower-bowl seats along the sides are closer than the same row at the far end, and sections behind the stage are often unsold or listed as limited view. On a general admission floor, your view depends on when you arrive.

At an Allegiant Stadium concert, upper-level seats at the far end can be a long way from the stage. If the floor is general admission, a reserved lower-level seat toward the stage end gives you a raised view without standing all night.

Sphere's screen wraps above and around the audience, so seats higher and closer to center take in more of it, while the floor and lower sections put you closer to the band. Floor setups change by show, so check the map for your date.

Residency theaters such as The Colosseum and Dolby Live are built for close sightlines, so a centered seat in an upper section can beat a far-side seat nearer the stage. Compare the section and row on each listing, not only the price.

Residencies play many nights, so check several dates before you buy. Availability and prices differ from night to night, and a weeknight may still have seats when a Saturday does not.

Big city weekends affect the whole trip. Holiday weekends, large conventions, fight nights, and Formula 1 race week in November can fill hotels and slow traffic on the Strip. If your concert lands on one of those dates, plan your hotel, transport, and tickets together.

Resale prices can rise or fall before a show, and there is no reliable cheapest day. Set a budget for the seats you want and buy when a listing meets it. Some Las Vegas shows are 18+ or 21+, and the event name or listing notes will say so.

Allegiant Stadium: on game days and select event days, Hacienda Avenue closes to cars and the Hacienda Bridge becomes a walking route from Las Vegas Boulevard, less than a mile to the stadium. Rideshare drop-off and pickup is at Lot N on Dean Martin Drive, and stadium parking is sold through the SpotHero app. The stadium is cashless, bags must be clear and no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, and it suggests arriving 60 to 90 minutes before the start.

The Las Vegas Monorail runs along the east side of the Strip with stations at MGM Grand, Horseshoe/Paris, Flamingo & Caesars Palace, Harrah's & The LINQ, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Westgate, and SAHARA. It does not reach Mandalay Bay or Allegiant Stadium.

Resort venues sit deep inside their casinos, so allow extra time to walk from the entrance or parking garage to the theater door. Summer afternoons in Las Vegas regularly pass 100°F, so carry water on any outdoor walk.
