TixBit Oil & Chemicals Oy GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY
1. Coverage
These general terms of delivery are applied between the traders of the transactions, unless agreed otherwise.
2. Offer validity
The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of transaction, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
3. Price
The price is the respective seller’s charge that is valid on the day of delivery. VAT for private customers is placed at 23% and 0 % for other customer groups.
4. Right of return
Private customers hold the right to return goods within 14 days. At this time, products must be deemed unopened and unused.
5. Terms of payment
The term of payment is 14 days from the date of invoice, and made by cash through the web shop, unless separately agreed. The seller has the right to demand collection charges for delayed payments, in addition to the current 16 % annual interest placed on arrears.
6. Permission and safety instruction observance
The buyer holds the responsibility, that they possess respective permits for the storage and handling of the concerned goods. The buyer is bound to closely observe the safety instructions of these goods.
7. Damage compensation
The seller is only responsible for damages caused directly by their produce to personal- or property. The seller is not liable to compensate the buyer for damages caused by delays or incorrect delivery.
8. Superiour hindrance
The seller has the right to extend the time of delivery or cancel delivery, when delays are caused by superior hindrance. Superior hindrance means delays caused by significant and unusual events, which could not be predicted at the time of agreement and which are independent of both sides and cannot be passed without considerable expense. Such events could be for example war, a natural catastrophe, general traffic or communication interruptions plus difficulties placed on usual transport services and goods deliveries.
Also production changes on product quality, packaging etc. are observed as superior hindrances, whereupon the seller may deliver to the buyer the corresponding order once more at an agreed term.
